In January, I dropped into Tyler's Breakfast Club and have been hooked ever since. The Breakfast Club is the perfect mix of everything you would want when you walk into a gym - strength training, cardio, fun and best of all community! No matter your skill level, Tyler's class has something for you. The people and the vibes are incredibly welcoming, and it makes you want to keep coming back. No doubt, if you want to drop in, you'll want to come back for more. Tyler's class motivates you to be better every time you walk into the gym. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun workout environment that will push you outside of your comfort zone!

Well, well, well. where do I even begin with this workout testimonial? Let's just say that I used to be about as active as a sloth in a hammock. But then, I discovered the joys of working out with Tyler Welch at the Breakfast Club and it's been a game-changer!
At first, I was intimidated, but I quickly learned the workouts and Tyler is always willing to give a high-five or a fist bump when you hit a new personal best. It's like being part of a secret club, except there's no secret handshake - just sweat and determination.
Now, I'm addicted to the endorphin rush that comes with a good workout. It's like a happy pill that's actually good for you! I may not be able to bench press a Buick (yet), but I can run a mile without wanting to die, and that's pretty dang cool.
So, if you're looking for a fun and challenging way to improve your health and boost your mood, I highly recommend giving Tyler Welch with the Breakfast Club a try. Who knows, you might even surprise yourself and become a gym rat too! Just don't forget to pack some deodorant and a towel. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Starting the T-Welch program I was 325 pounds, 45% body fat, and 48-inch waist. 9 months later after showing up Monday - Friday and staying consistent, now I'm 285 pounds, 38% body fat, 42-inch waist and still going strong!
